美国移民局公布24家已取消EB-5区域中心资格名单

2015年3月23日，美国移民局再次公布终止最新EB-5美国投资移民区域中心名单，目前共有24个区域中心因未能满足每年提交文件的要求或完成经济发展目标而被取消EB-5区域中心资格。

美国移民局表示，已被取消资格的EB-5区域中心不得再招募或汇集投资者及资金，同时提醒投资者不要使用已向这些中心投资的资金作为移民申请的基础，否则申请资格会受到影响。

由此可见，区域中心的资信状况和运营状况，直接关系到投资者的资金安全与移民申请的成败。

截止到2015年3月18日，美国移民局已经公布终止24个EB-5美国投资移民区域中心。
