和朋友聊天时，通常会互相问“在干嘛呀？” 我最喜欢回答“在发呆”。那么要是和老外聊天的话，怎么用英语表达“在发呆”呢？很简单，就一个词“chill out”。

chill 的本意是寒冷的；chill out就是表示冷静，等于“clam down”，引申为无所事事，放松，发呆。

1. I'm chilling out with the boys.

我和孩子们无所事事呢。

2. I'm just chilling out in front of the TV.
