在英语中表达开心、情绪好的词汇和表达有很多种，我们今天就来学习一下，顺便也了解一下有关不开心的表达，对比起来更容易记忆。

英语中关于“开心”的表达多数会用到up或者high、air等词表示：
The news lifted her spirits.

这个消息让她精神了起来。

Things are looking up.

情况开始好转。

Cheer up!

振作起来！

My spirits rose when I got her letter.

收到她的信，我就开心了。

I've been walking/floating on air ever since.

自那以后，我就像行走在云端一样开心。

I was over the moon when they told me the news.

他们告诉我那个消息时，我乐不可支。

I felt as high as a kite.

我高兴极了。

She's on top of the world/on cloud nine.

英语中关于“不开心”的表达则多用low或者sink等词：
I feel really down/low about it all.

They led a grey empty existence.
