sth. I thought from Larry's last class <good new>
Last time, we studied the article “good news”, and we discussed a topic, “what should we do if the boss don't appreciate you”, and so on. I thought it over after the class. I think, as a boss, he will must try his best to keep good relations with his clerks, and as a clerk, he will also try to respect the boss and keep a good relation with the boss.
Everybody has his own principle, we call it thought. To be independent is good to your creative ability, but sometimes that will hurt others. For example, the boss misunderstood you and blamed you in front of others, maybe you felt very unjustly that time, if you were hot tempered, you would point out straightly, maybe everybody understood your innocence, but the boss would must be face-losing, he would not admit his mistake, and go on criticizing you unless you shut up. The more seriously, there would be a deep gap before you two. If you had not explained it in public, and choose a suitble chance, maybe there were only your two persons, you expressed what you’ve thought and let the boss recognize the faults of himself, he would be very comforted, and he can recognize both his faults and your consideration, he would be grateful to you, and perhaps he would never blame you easily in public.
Everybody is not perfect, including some specialists, teachers, and so on, they often made mistakes just like us even in their own fields. As they are in a special position, we ought to pay attention to their feelings, if you find a real mistake, you’d better not to point out straightly, especially in public. You can discussed it after when there’s anybody else, they will think it over calmly.
Maybe we needn’t be that hypocritical, somebody will think, I don’t think that’s a fault, I believe everybody need to be respect, sometimes, we should change a way to reach a certain goal. Hurtless to every side, that’s your wisdom and quality.
