Anybody who is going to Germany? Or being able to speak fluent German?

Dear All:

As per subject, is there anybody who is scheduled to go to Germany at the beginning of 2008? Or is there anybody who is capable of teaching new learner German?
Mainly about Nominativ, Dativ, Akkusativ, Etc...
