[color=#000000][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]    [/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]根据烟台市人民政府《关于收取城市基础设施配套费的有关问题的意见》（烟政发[2004]86号），现就城市供热基础设施配套费的有关问题，做如下补充规定：[/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]    [/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]一、[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]旧城区过去没有缴纳供热工程集资的用户，现需集中供热的，用户应与供热企业签订相关协议，缴纳相关城市基础设施配套费。住宅供热，采取室内分户控制系统，收费标准为建筑面积每平方米[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]97[/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]元[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]([/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]含室内供热设施、不含分户计量、温控装置[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman])[/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]；经批准采用室内供热上供下回垂直串联系统，收费标准仍按市政府烟政发［[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]2004[/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]］[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]86[/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]号文件规定执行，即建筑面积每平方米[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]80[/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]元[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]([/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]含室内部分[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman])[/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]。[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]    [/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]二、住宅室内供暖设施需要更新改造的，由用户与供热企业签订相关协议，更新改造的费用，按工程决算由供用双方协商收取。[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]   [/font][/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]    [/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]三、旧城区住宅供热用户指[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]2004[/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]年[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]6[/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]月[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]30[/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]日[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]前己办理施工许可证的房屋开发项目。[/size][/font][/color][color=red][font=黑体][size=16pt]2004[/size][size=16pt]年[/size][size=16pt]7[/size][size=16pt]月[/size][size=16pt]1[/size][size=16pt]日后办理《施工许可证》的房屋开发项目，开发或供热企业不得在住宅房屋销售价格之外，单独收取涉及供热、供气的任何费用。[/size][size=16pt][/size][/font]
[/color][color=#000000][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]四、本补充规定，自发文之日起执行。之前供热企业与用户签订服务协议，安装分户控制系统，并协议收取城市供暖配套费每平方米[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]97[/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]元的，[font=黑体][color=red]要尽快与用户办理结算手续[/color][/font]。[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][/size][/font][/color]
