0px;">想必很多人都知道，烟台要在郊区建设一个大型野生动物园，满足更多烟台人对于自然和动物观赏的需求，毕竟在2023年的政府工作报告中就提到了加快建设朱雀山野生动物园。</span><br/></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;"><strong>其实早在2022年，莱山区就制定了建设野生动物园的规划：</strong>莱山南部将以植物园为中心打造莱山南共同体，推进烟台植物园产业植入、长荣水泥厂工业遗存升级、野生动物园开发建设、瀑拉谷多元发展等。</p></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: normal;">但是在方案提出后的一整年，野生动物园的建设并没有实际性进展，有网友曾经在问政平台咨询野生动物园规划在哪里，什么时候开建，也足以表明烟台人对野生动物园的关心。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">不过当时市规划局也做出了回复：<strong>莱山动物园项目目前选址尚未确定，选址工作相关部门正在论证中。</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">前段时间有消息透露说，烟台市野生动物园位置已经定在莱山区解甲庄街道长荣水泥厂周边，并且正在进行规划方案设计和土地等各项手续办理，这似乎也意味着野生动物园建设即将落地。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">不过最近野生动物园的建设似乎又有了一定的变动。前段时间，烟台规划局嘉宾在做客烟台广播电视台《民生热线》栏目时，回复了网友“<strong>烟台新建野生动物园的具体位置在莱山哪里</strong>”的提问。</p></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: normal;">原来初步选址位置是在长荣水泥厂的北部，因涉及相关的国土空间规划等，还未最终确定。</p></section></section></section><section><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0px;">也就是说，最开始野生动物园的选址大致定在了朱雀山，但今年最先爆料的具体位置是在长荣水泥厂的北部，但现在其实还没有确定建在哪里。</span><br/></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: 长荣水泥厂离植物园直线距离6公里多，拉那么远干嘛，就在植物园周边搞最好，离市区也近一些，非要弄那个荒郊野外！
