YaHei;">王亮是山东城市服务职院西餐学院咖啡调酒糖艺教研室主任，据他介绍，糖艺是指利用砂糖、葡萄糖或饴糖等经过配比、熬制、拉糖、吹糖等造型方法加工处理，制作出具有观赏性、可食性和艺术性的独立食品或食品装饰插件的加工工艺。在西点行业，糖艺不仅是最奢侈的装饰原料之一，也是大型国际西点比赛中的必做项目，是检验选手西点功力和艺术修养的最佳手段之一。糖艺人凭借着灵巧的手，制作出令人叹为观止的作品。“糖艺是一门非常有趣的课程，甜虽无形，但可以通过工艺手段将有形的糖具象成型，把甜蜜以千姿百态的形状呈现在你我的面前，也添加在你我的生活里。”王亮总结道。</span></section><p
