0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">首先，以德修身，恪守师德;以德修已，弘扬师魂;以德育人，桃李芬芳。德，即师德。师德，是热爱教育的赤诚之心;师德，是热爱岗位的敬业精神;师德，是热爱事业的博大胸怀;师德，是以身立教的形象之本。师德，是孔圣人“学而不厌，诲人不倦”的伟大修养。师德，是“其身正，不令而行”的无声影响……</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">做一名优秀的教师，最重要的究竟是什么，优美的语言，广博的知识，还是丰富的经验?这些都需要，而驾临于这几者之上的，是师德。其身正，不令而行；其身不正，虽令不从。教书育人，仅仅是教会学生如何掌握书本上的知识是远远达不到教育的目的的，在我看来，教会学生如何养成优良的道德品德，树立正确的人生观念，做一个有道德的人是排在第一位的。而要教育学生遵守道德，前提是自己要以德律已，做学生的道德榜样，文明标兵。我们的一言一行都会影响着学生们的心灵。当我看到校园的地上有垃圾顺手把它捡起来放到垃圾桶，随之我发现我的学生也会这样做:当我遇到老师和同学会主动跟他们打招呼，后来我的学生在遇到老师和同学的时候也会主动问好……一件件小事让我为之动容，更让我深刻明白，以德育人是多么重要。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">其次，一个“教”字道出了教育的根本。在教学中，我认真备课，细心讲课，做好反思小结、阶段总结，经常与同教研组的老师探讨教法学法、交流体会、研讨经验，认真备好教案，力求上好每一节课。在教学中有意识地培养学生对英语的兴趣，激励学生不断处于较佳的学习状态之中，使他们对英语乐学、善学、会学。因此，课堂教学手段必须不断更新 用灵活多样的教学方法，加强对学生学习英语兴趣的培养。课余时间经常电话与家长沟通交流，及时地向学生家长反映学生在校的表现情况，了解学生的家庭情况等，把自己融入到班集体中，用高度的责任心去管理学生，用爱心去关心鼓励学生，用生机勃勃的创新之心引领学生，拿十足的耐心转化差生。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">最后，奉献。作为一名高中老师，有着不同于其他学段的时间特点，需要投入自己的大部分时间和精力，把学校当成第二个家，把每一位学生当作自己的孩子，尽所能地付出自己的智慧和爱心。这对任何一名教师都不是什么难事，难的是持之以恒，总是这种心态，总是这种精神，总有与这种心态和精神相应的行为。这体现在方方面面的小事上，在担任班主任工作期间，我选择用爱心感染学生，例如每天早晨巡视教室，先看看学生有没有到齐，遇到天冷或天热的时候，关心同学们衣服穿得是否合适，早上是否都吃过了早餐，集体活动前要安排好同学们应必备的用品等。看起来很平常，因为这是作为一个班主任最基本的工作，其实这正是一个班主任爱心的具体体现。每天的早出晚归，加上每天发生的偶发事件，家庭访问等琐事，耗费的时间无法计算。虽然很累，但很充实，我想这正是一名教育工作者该有的工作态度，在平凡的岗位上奉献自己，体现自己的价值。</p></section><section
