洗茶这一概念出现于明代,明朝《茶谱》载:“凡烹茶,先以热汤洗茶叶,去其尘垢、冷气,烹之则美。”冲泡普洱茶,也有“洗茶”这一过程,通过洗茶可以达到“涤尘润茶”的目的。对于品质比较好的普洱茶,洗茶时杜绝多次洗茶或高温长时间洗茶,注意掌握节奏,以减少茶味流失。 ????
