≠ 参加派对

= 加入派对人员名单

（侧重于成为其中的一员）

如果你邀请别人，说Would you like to join us？比would you like to join the party, 更加口语化。

join the meeting

≠ 参加会议

= 加入参会者名单

（侧重于成为其中的一员）

join还可以用来表示

join a party

=加入一个党派

Join a line

=加入排队的行列

attend the party

在日常生活中

外国人一般不用

attend 表示"参加"

我明天去参加派对

中式英语：

I will join a party tomorrow.

地道表达：

I will go to a party tomorrow.

在日常生活中,经常使用go to 表示参加。比如 I went to a rock concert yesterday。我昨天去参加摇滚演唱会了。

我正在参加派对

中式英语：

地道表达：
