Bragplaining is used when you complain about something for the sole purpose of brining it up in conversation to brag about it. Brag, complaining, so comes bragplaining.
一个人貌似在抱怨，实际上其唯一目的就是在谈话中找个机会吹嘘一下自己或炫耀一下自己的东西，这个时候我们就可以用“吹嘘牢骚”来形容此人。该词实际上由brag（吹嘘）和complaining（抱怨）复合而成。
例句：
Guy 1：Man, I'm only getting 10MB/s download speed. Normally I get at least 15.
1号男：嗨，我这儿下载速度才是每秒10兆，以前至少都是15兆哪!
Guy 2：Quit bragplaining. We all know you're just bitching to show off.
