normal;">2014年之前，烟台连动车都没有，人们出行只能靠一条蓝烟线，那时候的烟台是名副其实的“交通末端城市”。那年年底，青荣城铁正式开通运营，也让烟台人民一片欢腾。</p></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 0;"><section normal;">如今潍烟高铁通车在即，烟台交通又要迈上新台阶，将从“动车时代”迈向“高铁时代”，烟台人的高铁梦，终于要实现了。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">近日，黄渤海新区建设交通局领导在做客《民生热线》节目中表示，<strong>潍烟高铁目前正在联调联试，预计10月底具备通车条件。具体通车时间可关注铁路部门发布的公告。</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">除此之外，潍烟高铁开发区段已全面完工，烟台西站配套综合交通枢纽建成，换乘大厅、运管中心楼、客运及公交场站、站前广场全部到位， 9月底运维单位将进驻。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">作为烟台西部重要综合交通枢纽工程，潍烟高铁烟台西站建成后将与烟台站、烟台南站“三站相通”，成为区域交通转换、促进人流和物流聚集发展的重要板块。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">同时，也将与烟台蓬莱国际机场、烟台港西港区、疏港高速互联互通，形成空、海、铁、公多位联动，高效畅达的综合交通体系。</p></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 0;"><section style="vertical-align: normal;">潍烟高铁的修建过程，也经历了很长的时间，先后经历了由烟台市、山东省和国家铁路集团分别牵头推进的三个阶段。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">早在2017年，潍烟高铁的前期工作就已经启动，年底可研审查完成。2018年上半年可研报告鉴修稿完成，但到下半年时受国家规划制约，项目推进进展缓慢。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">2019年，在经历了数次优化方案之后，京沪高铁二通道天津至潍坊段以及潍坊至烟台铁路即潍烟高铁合并为一个项目，津潍烟高铁调整为国家干线铁路。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">2020年11月，潍烟高铁正式开工建设，铁计划工期48个月，总概算约441.69亿。这条高铁的开工建设也标志着烟台将进入高铁时代，对外交通能力大大增强。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">按照工程规划，潍烟高铁2023年10月底具备静态验收条件，将于2024年10月31日具备通车条件。前两天有网友透露了高铁的最终工程进度。</p></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 0;"><section normal;">拟调整优化206路公交线路到烟台西站始发的方案；同时，拟将机场巴士和目前已有215路运行拉萨大街，烟台西站通车后，215路可在烟台西站增设站点。并且会设置专门的出租车、网约车待租通道，以满足旅客多元化出行方式需求。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;"><strong>潍烟高铁的通车，也意味着南站扩建即将启动。</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">今年4月，烟台南站综合交通枢纽工程发布施工项目招标公告。公告显示，南站扩建项目已具备招标条件，招标人为烟台市城发交通投资开发有限公司，施工时间为800天。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">烟台南站建设分为烟台南站高铁站房和烟台南站综合交通枢纽工程两个部分。其中，高铁站房由铁路部门负责组织实施，南站综合交通枢纽工程由交通集团负责组织实施。</p></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 劳民伤财，烟台南站使用了不到十年，真的有改扩建的必要吗？当初设计规划者是不是需要拉出去毙几个？烟台就这么几个人，短时间拥挤一点而已，平时南站人是不多的，完全没必要推倒重建。

动车和高铁有什么区别？我看是时速不通，不过之前去济南不也是两个多小时吗   潍烟高铁通车不也是两个小时嘛有啥区别？通了动车以后比绿皮车快了就是一大进步，再换不换高铁有啥区别，主要是开发区坐车以后不要去市里或者南站了倒是好事儿
