0.034em;">曲笛与餐饮的缘分，始于幼时。她回忆，第一次做饭是在六七岁，将一锅馄饨煮成了片儿汤，但妈妈还是高兴地吃完了，彻底调动起了她下厨的积极性。此后的假期，曲笛几乎每天都会在灶台忙碌，起初是帮父母分担，慢慢地，她开始跟着父亲研究做菜，将其培养成了自己的兴趣爱好。<br/></span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><p 16px;">2011年，初中毕业的曲笛在读高中与学技术的选择间犯了难。“我是农村出来的，如果去高中，将来考上大学以后父母还要操心我的学费。”那时，年仅16岁的她已经将家庭的担子向自己肩上挪动，并暗自选好了未来的道路：学厨师。“刚开始家里都反对，说我不高还瘦，如果跑去颠大勺，不小心都会被锅扣住。”曲笛笑着说，“我当时觉得面黏黏的太粘手，中餐必须得学做面点，就选了西餐。”</span></p><p><br/></p><p 0.034em;">抱着“比完赛就能去上海”的心态，曲笛开始了她的世界技能大赛之旅，那年的中秋节，她第一次没有回家。从校内赛，到省内选拔赛，到全国选拔赛……曲笛一路高歌猛进，挺入世界赛。“刚开始没有意识到比赛的重要性，一直觉得比完赛就能获得去上海实习的机会。”曲笛说。世界赛的第一站是澳大利亚，南半球的冬季风格外寒冷，吹动了这个22岁姑娘的乡情，却无法吹动她必胜的决心。“一个中国人和43个国家的老外比西餐，我能做的只有细心，细到卫生、着装、动作……有一项少扣一分，我就能多赢一个人。”<br/></span></section><p 16px;">西餐比赛中，评委的主观看法占很大部分，会根据选手仪容仪态、现场情绪抗压能力、整体状态等方面在心中打一个“印象分”。阿布扎比的总决赛赛场上，曲笛发现评委都是各国老派厨师，或许做一些传统的菜品更容易打动他们。四天的比赛，曲笛共完成13道菜品，还在赛场遇到了几位老熟人——三个月前参加澳大利亚比赛时的评委。惊喜的是，评委对她的评价有了极大转变：“一般情况下，中国选手想在这个项目拿奖是几乎不可能的，但三月不见，你就像换了一个人，状态完全不同了。”</span></p><p><br/></p><p 16px;">此后，曲笛更注重学生的全面发展，而不是将其变成“比赛机器”。选择菜肴的过程中，她会让学生根据自身做菜风格与喜好设计一份，在他们的基础上做指点和修改。“如果提前给学生定好参赛菜肴，就完全失去了学生自我发挥的空间。我在教学过程中更多的是挖掘学生的天分，让他们不被‘学院派’的思想禁锢。”诚然，若没有自由驰骋的空间，学生又谈何热爱，谈何坚持。</span></p><p><br/></p><p
