border-box;">我们初一语文备课组是年轻教师的组合，我们最缺乏的不是知识储备，也不是教学技巧，而是教学经验。我们能做的就是不断学习，共同探讨，寻找突破口。在制定好学期计划、周计划后，我们会结合《新课标》《教师教学用书》《教学设计与指导》进行单元备课，从而确定单元教学目标、重难点及课时安排。至于具体的篇目，我们遵循“求同存异”的原则，选择适合自己的教学风格进行大胆创新式授课。每个人都深入钻研、细心挖掘教材，把握教材的基本思想、基本结构、重点与难点；了解学生的知识基础，力求在备课的过程中既备教材又备学生，并且分工编写每一篇导学案；从开始确定先讲六上古诗文到后来的现代文，从熟悉教材基本内容到查阅大量相关资料，再到确立教学目标及其重难点，我们初一语文组不断地讨论研究，不断地修改思路、课件，从而保证了语文教学的顺利进行。</p><p border-box;">其次，磨“考点”，教学目标及重难点确立的另一个重要依据就是考点。期中考试前，我认真研究近三年的考题，从中分析不同题型的出现频率及分值，这样可以让备课更有目标和方向。另外，我也喜欢整理研究近几年的中考题，从烟台市到山东省各地市，再到北京、上海江浙等地区，我都会按照课外古诗文，现代文的记叙文、说明文、议论文等板块进行分类整理。有时间的时候就以学生的身份做一做，思考怎么才能更准确更快地找出答案，也会选择适合学生的文章编入导学案，让他们小试牛刀。这样不仅让我的备课与期中期末考试相契合，还可以和中考接轨。</p><p border-box;">如何在课堂上把学生从“要我学”转变为“我要学”，主要从激发和培养学生学习的兴趣入手，注意教学的生动性和趣味性，将语文知识融入到学生的生活实际，学生们便会在不经意间掌握，做到“润物细无声”。比如在一次语文课上，我正在讲“妩媚”一词，发现有个靠窗的男生托着腮，身体呈“S”型坐着，正在讲课的我突然一停，说到：那个窗前托腮的男孩正作妩媚状凝思。片刻后全班哗然，后来在孩子们的习作中我看到了他们笔下最幽默的语文老师让他们牢牢记住了“妩媚”一词的使用对象。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">试想，一个语文老师如果功底深厚，出口成章，妙语连珠，同时又幽默风趣，怎能不激发孩子的学习兴趣呢？其实，课堂上每一个看似深入浅出的知识讲授，其实都需要深厚专业知识的积淀，也需要做到眼中有学生。</p><p border-box;">另外，在课堂教学中，一定想办法充分发挥学生主动性，教师少讲、精讲，让学生多读，多思。有句话说的好，一堂好课，不在于老师讲了多少，而在于学生学会了多少，更在于学生生成了多少预设之外有创新性的东西。我的语文课很少有标准答案，但是有思路指引。记得在讲《卖油翁》时，引导学生探讨“康肃笑而遣之”的“笑”时，同学们竟然给出了会意的笑、尴尬的笑、自我解嘲的笑、赞赏地笑等等，学生们生成的文本解读远远超出了我的预设和预期。最近讲《书戴嵩画牛》时，同样出现了这种情况。我们传道授业解惑的目的不就是为了“青出于蓝而胜于蓝”吗？</p><p
