border-box;">在做好班主任工作的同时，也要做专业、博学多才、幽默风趣、有人格魅力的地理老师。上课充满激情与热情，希望能够感染到每一位学生，精心备课，提高成绩会让学生更加敬服老师，有助于班级管理。我认真研读《课程标准》和三年高考题以及试题分析和教学启示，领会我校三制四段五步教学精髓，考试发卷之后我和学生一起做题，把自己当学生，认真分析每道题的做题思路，发现问题。课堂力求生动有趣，比如淄博烧烤吸引外地游客的原因以及对淄博的影响，如何把短期的网络关注度转化为长久的经济增长力，暑期关注地理热点河北涿州暴雨以及台风的成因及危害，日本排放核污水与洋流流向的关系等让学生感受地理的有用性和趣味性。考前六遍复习法，并且我也感动于学生的学习态度，考前晚自习放学很多同学桌子上的书都收走了，中午拿着课本回宿舍，我常常表扬鼓励他们。</p><p
